Default modification of application-exit

In order to release echo-icon-theme version 0.3.2, application-exit icon
set has been sightly modified.
Red arrow is vertically centred, the alignment is properly set to reduce
blur on edge. Feedback is welcome.

The door look good, the arrow is sometimes not aligned properly to the
pixel grid. Did you tried adding the white "inner" outline we use for
the many action icons and depth to the arrows for >= 32x32 icons?

I've done a quick sketch as to what I'd like to change in that icon:
* Arrow in the same/similar style as the go-* arrows
* I like the arrow being on the bottom more (IMHO it looks strange when
it's centred)
* Changed the door gradient to better follow the echo lightning style
* Moved the door a little to work better in the alignment with arrow
* Made the knob slightly bigger, we *might* also consider using
different colour on it

The arrow size/position is not final (especially in smaller sizes it
needs to be bigger/simplified to be easier recognizable), I just took
the 32x32 go-right, placed it on a place I liked and changed its colour
to red ;-)

Any opinions?

I forgot to set white inner outline. Using your model for 32x32 above
looks good.
Icons. Centred arrow looks fine on 16x16 because it would be too hard to
see it at that size.

I suggest using the inner outline for the <= 32x32 as well. If possible
try to add it even to the 16x16, as it greatly helps to define the arrow
shape. I am inclined, if possible, to put the arrow to the bottom in the
16x16 version as well, but leave the arrow size approximately the same
as it's in your try. Perhaps using 16x16 go-next [1] as base could help.

Modifications have been done on both 16x16 and 22x22 based on your
version. I have used 16x16 go-next arrow on both and added shadow for
the latter. Knob is metallic 3. Feedback welcome.

Looking good, perhaps the arrow might be bigger in the 22x22 (and more
crisp).

The arrow has been increased by 3px. Here is a preview. 24x24 version
will show up later once
22x22 is completed.

And here is a version with fixed pixel grid alignment You might
perhaps want to add gradient to the arrow outline, since I've made it
anew and filled it only with solid colour.

And here's better (more crisp) 16x16 version.
