pyweblib.httphelper - very basic HTTP functions/classes

I would like to co-maintain and upload 1.3.9 over the weekend. I
didn't look at your package yet, but have a package ready. Is it ok to
change over to dh --with python2 in favor of cdbs?

I am fine switching to python2 packaging helper, but I only do CDBS:

Switch to short-form dh and maintain it without me, or stay with CDBS
and maintain it with me. Both is fine with me. :-)
