Description : Generate GNU-style changelog from svn repository history

This tool uses an xsl stylesheet for generating a classic GNU-style
ChangeLog from a subversion repository log.

This software was part of the subversion-tools package but was dropped
in the 1.7 version because upstream
dropped the contrib section.
