Description : pure Python RSA implementation

Python-RSA is a pure-Python RSA implementation. It supports encryption
and decryption, signing and verifying signatures, and key generation
according to PKCS#1 version 1.5 so it can also interoperate with
OpenSSL.

The package will be maintained under the umbrella of the DPMT and it's
a dependency for the new version (0.1.3) of python-oauthlib.
