Argus is a modular XACML based authorization service. The Execution
Environment Service (EES) is the component responsible for setting up
the run-time environment for the authenticated user. The Policy
Enforcement Point (PEP) may have issued a number of obligations that the
EES must fulfil; this component takes care of that task.
