I think this should be "Qt" (for the Qt Framework from Nokia) and not "QT" for
Quicktime? And yes I saw that's wrong upstream (see URL above) as well.

You never need to do that (although you're not the only one with this
confusion; I see a lot of people unnecessarily closing and re-filing
ITPs, perhaps because the process is one of the ones often used by
people new to Debian development). To change a bug title, see:
