Effectively, yes, although "subsumed" isn't quite appropriate - both scsiadd
and scsitools required /proc/scsi/scsi which was removed from the default
configuration in the linux-2.6 packages. scsiadd was never updated to cope
with this change, and therefore ended up being removed; scsitools was
(unfortunately not in time for Squeeze though).
