Default Patches for master and f15-branch

I think these should all go into F15 with the possible exception of patch 8,
and am proposing blockers accordingly.

Patches 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7 are all required to get md (including intel fwraid)
working, including live installs.

Patches 4 and 6 are required for device filtering to work at all after my
patches to add disk image support and to include loop and livecd image
devices in the devicetree broke it completely.

Patch 9 will improve exception reporting from live installs.

Given that these have been tested by multiple people and proven to work,
I say ACK.
