Yes, binary package name is ttf-ipa, but source package name
is ipafont.

Is there a reason to not use "ttf-ipafont" as source package
name? Nothing specifically requires this but that makes spotting TTF
fonts easier.

Please don't do that for a source package with a single binary package
output. It's unnecessarily confusing.

Just because upstream tarball is provided as ipafont-xx.tar.gz,
so I use it. I don't mind to change its name.
