Default upgrading unstable -> nvidia and fglrx installation


I upgraded my computer today. And what a surprise, I got installed the nvidia and fglrx drivers....

Is it a bug and where can I report this ?

What happens if you use a package manager such as "aptitude"? Which,
incidentally, will show you what it intends to do before it does it, and will
explain why it intends to do things, answering your question.
