Default Bug#575974: ITP: libtime-y2038-perl -- Versions of Perl's time functions which work beyond 2038

Severity: wishlist

* Package name : libtime-y2038-perl
Version : 20100225
Upstream Author : Michael G Schwern <mschwern@cpan.org>
* URL : http://search.cpan.org/dist/Time-y2038/
* License : Perl
Programming Lang: Perl
Description : Versions of Perl's time functions which work beyond 2038

On many computers, Perl's time functions will not work past the
year 2038. This is a design fault in the underlying C libraries Perl
uses. Time::y2038 provides replacements for those functions which will
work accurately +/1 142 million years.
