unofficial, but you can bump to 5.0.0 then add:
ln -sf liblzma.so /usr/lib/liblzma.so.0
or if x64 user (i guess only, it's not tested)
ln -sf ../lib/liblzma.so /usr/lib64/liblzma.so.0

then rebuild libarchive and if you want you can remove these symbolic links too.

fyi, there is no /usr/lib64 dir in x86_64
