190.53 does not build with kernel 2.6.33.
Patch from Gentoo bugzilla[1] attached for your convinience
I haven't tested it, though, I'll stick with 195.36.08 for now, since I have fanless graphics card, so
fan bug does not affect me...I hope...

nvidia 195.36.15 is now out and fixes the issues and compiles on
2.6.33.1 just fine.

Thanks for the info but 195.36.15 is a prerelease, see [1].
I'll stick with 190.53 until the next official release.

Oops I forgot to mention that it's a pre-release, so far it's stable, so
those that want to try a pre-release can still bump there nvidia
versions them selfs.
