Hello cluster developers,

i think this might be useful to packagers if they choose to build
individual packages from the cluster tarball.

Is there any special reason for commenting out the copyright string?

patch applied to both master and STABLE2 branch. thanks.

I don't know if there is a reason for that, but i guess they can be
readded without any problem.
