Welcome to the fence-agents 3.1.7 release.

This release includes these updates:
* manual pages are generated for most of the fence agents
* fence_vmware_soap accepts alias names as visible in Web UI (e.g. server1)
* fence agent for RSB was rewritten to fencing library, main benefit is
ssh support
