Which "config" are you referring to by "UNmodified"?
config-x86-generic ?? Unless it is a rhel-modified version, there
could be errors like that if the code is not part of what is compiled
in the RHEL/CentOS kernel.

Are you building this on CentOS 6? If not, what is the version of gcc?
