My setup is similar to yours. I don't have an additional GPU attached,
neither.

I use an Enermax Pro 82+ Powersupply rated at 385W (peak load up to 420Watt)

I didn't check the power consumption of the system, yet but it runs
stable at maximum load.
The maximum load which has been attached to the system:

4 SATA-harddisks
2 ATA-harddisks
2 DVD-drives
CPU Phenom II X4 955
Mainboard
2 memory modules

your processor has the same thermal design power like mine 125Watt.

If you don't attach many disk or dvd drives to your machine you could
try to use your power supply.

a setup with 2 memory modules, one harddisk, one dvd-drive and your cpu
results in a minimum psu wattage of 196Watt.

A high quality PSU should protect the motherboard from noise frequencies
of the power lines. That is why I bought a new PSU and didn't use my old
one.

But I am not at all an expert concerning power supply units.
