Default Kernel Errors

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction?
I am receiving these in my log file and do not know what they mean or what to
look for;

Looks like a bad sector on disk...you might want to ask the disk to do a
complete check if it is SMART capable just to verify.

Might be time to start thinking about what to do and plan for when the
disk does go real bad.
