Xen 3.1 install and xen-libs

It appears that xen-libs-i386-3.0.3-41.el5.rpm is only
compatible with xen 3.0.3. If I want to install 3.1, where do I find a
compatible xen-libs rpm. What exactly is this for, there is no mention on the
xen website of this requirement?
