Add new laptop to the wiki

Hello,

I would like to add my laptop (HP Compaq nc6400) to the CentOS-Wiki. I
think <http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/Laptops/HP/Compaq-nc6400> would be
the appropriate article. My username is NielsDeVos.
