I should want to know if I find a bug that I know it probably couldn't be
fixed by the Centos team, I can (I have to) report it on RH bugzilla?

Considering the 'CentOS Team' could potentially include everyone of the
few million users who use it, I'd say its still a good idea to document
it ( if it really is a bug ) at bugs.centos.org and if you choose to
also report at bugzilla.redhat.com - make sure you cross ref the two.
