bugzilla.redhat.com now has direct support for cross referencing a
CentOS Bug/Issue number. So when filing issues upstream that were
reported on bugs.centos.org, check:


Add External Bug: CentOS

I'll try and get a Custom field added into mantis that would do
something simiar for us as well. Should make life a *lot* easier when
tracking upstream and when we are still getting comments on issues in
bugs.centos.org
