packages are outdated. If he's still active then it's alright, maybe he
deems the packages stable as they are.
I've checked the Trusted Users wiki page.
In 29th January 2008 shinlun had changed the status from Active to Inactive.

I don't know if he should be candidate for removal.
However i've updated lmms and his others package OutOfDate into community.

Andrea
According to TU bylaws:
TUs are expected to step down altogether if they plan on becoming inactive
for a period longer than 2 months.
shinlun has been inactive for more than two months. You could email him to
ask about his status. If you don't get any answer, you could remove
him.

Actually I'm pretty busy with my personal job and product schedule
these days and would be inactive for a while. I thought about taking
this package though. Hope TUs interested in this could help Qianqian
on this.
Sorry for the inconvenience; I'll be back very soon.
Regards,
Shinlun
Obviously "very soon" turned out to be "not so soon", but let's first
wait until he replies himself.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
For Tus who can help to update my packages, please just take it.
Though most of my packages are created by myself, I don't have
much time to manage these packages these days for I am focusing
on a different area; I just can not do programming related work
'all day long'.
I would be considering posting resignation notification if there
is no solution to my personal issue next month.
I am still using Arch in my work and private. Really enjoying it.
Thank you guys.
Best regards,
Shinlun

Shinlun, glad to hear from you - but sad to hear about the situation. Many many thanks for the packages you've made and I hope you can set apart some time for Arch (community) work

I will take a look at his outdated packages next week as a quick look
yesterday gave me a couple of compiling issues and I had not much time
to look into it.
I updated to quick fix pcmanx-gtk2 for i686 though, but for x86_64
configure fails on the build machine. Again I did not have many time
to look into it, but maybe someone with a x86_64 machine can take a
look, it may just work or not.

BaSh updated a couple of his packages, I did the ones he left, so all
his packages in community are now up2date (except for x86_64 version
of pcmanx-gtk2)
