Default Merge request: tilda-cvs => tilda-git

Just one question, Is this official repo? I don't remember seeing
notification about tilda switching to github, although I agree that
cvs is very outdated. If yes, then it's cool with me

Oops, just realize I posted a wrong url for the github repository. That
was my clone of the official one. The official one should be :

https://github.com/tsloughter/tilda

(Notice: tsloughter is one of tilda developers listed in the AUTHORS
file in the old CVS repository)

Well, I ask the question about official repository in #tilda on
oftc.net, and the answer is "Yes".

Ping? Could some one do the merge?
