[1] ksh and [2] ast-ksh are basicly the same package. But have
differend kind of PKGBUILDS, and I think
they should be merged to gether. ksh has better name i think.

I agree that ksh is the better name. ast-ksh has a more sophisticated PKGBUILD,
but I doubt that it is legal in all countries. So maybe Dave, the maintainer
of ksh, shold decide.

with version 1.2 the LV2 Dynamic Manifest extension changed its name
from lv2-dyn-manifest [1] to lv2-dynmanifest [2]

A merge is needed, tnx.
