Delete kmod-mkiss please

It doesn't work, and is fundamentally flawed. The short explanation is
that enabling mkiss has further implications than just building a couple
of modules, and really requires the kernel to be rebuilt. The long
explanation might be better discussed with a kernel packager ;-)
