Default delete wget-svn

http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=11890

wget currently uses bzr. I've uploaded a -bzr pkgbuild that works (for
me). the -svn PKGBUILD should be deleted.

You might want to give a courtesy notification to the maintainer of
wget-svn to see if he/she wants to maintain the superseding package.

sorry I probably should have mentioned I didn't tell him. My bad. I
think the svn was being a mirror of the bzr repo still according to
the wiki (haven't checked) if that's the case his pkbuild no longer
worked because some elements it depended on aren't in the repo
anymore. So I suspect he won't notice.
