Bad PKBUILD and out of date package

Greetings!
The joyutils package in the aur seems to be out of date and not updated for
a long while. On the other hand, that PKGBUILD have a binary file, this
isn't even allowed. Can you orphand it?

Orphaned.

Looks like the source is packages rather than downloaded. That is not
supposed to happen.
