Hello,

I maintain the cl-shop2-sbcl package [1] but have replaced it with a
package (cl-shop2) that works with all major lisp dialects. So
cl-shop2-sbcl can be removed.

By the way, you don't have to create different
"[identifier].sandmann<at>googlemail.com" addresses, you can just use
"sandmann+[identifier]<at>googlemail.com" and all mail will be
delivered to the "sandmann<at>googlemail.com" account [1].

Please delete gummiboot-efi-x86_64 [1] and efilinux-efi-x86_64 [2]
as they are now part of extra/gummiboot-efi and extra/efilinux-efi
respectively.

Please merge gummiboot-efi-x86_64-git [3] into gummiboot-efi-git [4]
and refind-efi-x86_64-git [5] into refind-efi-tianocore-git [6] .
