Default Build fixes for FreeBSD and possibly other OS

Hello,

I am proposing here three patches that (at least partially fix build of
pacman 4 on FreeBSD). Feel free to comment and criticize.

Rémy Oudompheng (3):
libalpm: fix a remaining old syntax of RET_ERR() macro
configure.ac: use upstream gpgme.m4 instead of custom check
Do not ignore compiler flags detected by configure script.

configure.ac | 7 +-
lib/libalpm/Makefile.am | 4 +-
lib/libalpm/diskspace.c | 2 +-
