Default The official pacman repository branch, master, updated. v3.5.0-18-ge6c9076

A heads up -- this is all functional in its current state, but it has
some cosmetic blemishes. Don't freak out when you see a progress bar 3
times for each package download, and a progress bar even when a repo is
up to date.
