1. We have implemented some new features after last NEWS update
(for example: foo<1.0-1 dependency support), these commits should be
reviewed.
2. I mention an undocumented (<- in NEWS) new feature, too: versioned
conflicts (Xavier's conflict clean-up patch introduced this
automagically, so this fact wasn't mentioned in commit message, only on
ML)
