It's a routing problem at cogent. Archlinux.org is unreachable for 3
days already and it seems cogent fixes only one route per day or so. I'm
able to reach it from my job, but I'm unable to reach it from home,
which means I can't do any development on archlinux until cogent decides
to fix their broken routers.

Dale has already opened a support ticket at cogent yesterday, but things
are not advancing very fast.

Here the same but it works if i use the ping test from here:

No question this is not nice but as said here it seems that it is a routing
problem and depends on your location. Is here anyone from germany who can
ping the site?

There is a bunch of traceroutes posted at archlinux dot de:

Some Providers are affected while some not. Jan's comment illustrates why
this happens.
