Default ntrack 1:14-1 causes 100% CPU in KDE

Hi,
the recent update of ntrack in [testing] causes kded to use 100% of CPU.
Florian patched ntrack with the upstream proposed patch, but this doesn't seem
to be enough to fix the issue.

The package has been removed from [testing], please downgrade manually.

Our bug report: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/23612
Upstream report: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ntrack/+bug/750554

Thanks
