Default ca-certificates 20110502-1

Hi all,

here is a new certificate package. No exiting changes though. Note that
things might still break if you don't use an utf8 locale or have a file
system that cannot utf8 file names. Debian uses the C.UTF-8 locale here
which does not exist in Arch. (this problem is not new though and also
exists in previous packages)
