Default texlive-bin 2011.1-1 and texlive-* 2011.*

Hello,

TeXLive 2011 has been officially released. Packages in [testing] have
been updated to reflect this.

* biblatex-biber is not packaged and depends and a whole lot of Perl
packages. You can find it on AUR, or some for some developer to
package it and its dependencies
* eptex format generation fails, I don't understand how to fix it, so
if anyone has an idea...

Rémy.
