filesystem 2011.04-1

Hi all,

here is a new filesystem package to sign off:

* Add utmp group (FS#23240)
* Add missing quotes in /etc/profile (FS#22970)
* Add /run directory

Note: The first and last change will also need some changes in
initscripts and other packages. but there should be no problems till
this happens.
