Default sudo 1.6.9p12 - build x86_64 and signoff

Sudo 1.6.9p12 is up for i686. I still haven't gotten myself going for
x86_64 builds yet, so would appreciate someone doing that. It should be
an easy one.


Nothing special, just a version update.
