various firmware packages

Hi all,

I just rebuild some firmware packages for the core cleanup/rebuild:
b43-fwcutter
ipw2100-fw
ipw2200-fw
tiacx-firmware
zd1211-firmware

Sign offs from anybody are welcome, but I assume those are rarely used
by us so I guess I'll just move them to core in a few days.
