Default Adjust mdraid size estimates (#587442)

The new mdadmin aligns the superblock on 1M boundries, and it leaves
a 1M offset for data so we need to reduce the size of each data disk
in the array by 2M

Chunk size is now 512k by default.

Resolves: rhbz#587442
