I've bumped unixodbc to 2.3.0 in testing, qt rebuilt well (#19163) -
there's no .so name bump. But many minor libs have been removed to
separate projects.

Please test packages that depend on unixodbc. According to the package
webpage http://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/unixodbc/:

* apr-util
* ccscript3
* freetds
* gambas2
* libgda3
* myodbc
* perl-dbd-odbc
* php-odbc
* psqlodbc
* redland

maybe more in community.

If nothing is broken we can move unixodbc+qt in a few days to extra.
