updated x264 requires rebuilds

The only one left is gstreamer0.10-x264 (Jan), then we can roll x264 and
friends out of testing. I can do this one if it's just a simple rebuild
and >= depend, just say the word.

Ok, rebuilt and placed into testing for both architectures.
