pcre 7.8-1 is in testing for both arch. please signoff.

Changes:
-minor upstream update
-Fixed license: custom->BSD

Seems ok on i686, grep still works fine

Signoff, both architectures. Moving to core now, as it's a dependency
for glib2 also.
