Default KDE3 related cleanup

Hi,

I have just removed some packages from [extra] which are broken or useless due
to the switch from KDE3 to 4.

Those are:

libopensync: kdepim claims to use a development verision > 0.33; but it
didn't. And becvause no other package uses that lib I removed it from the
repo
see http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/KDE3_Rebuild
showimg
libkexif
gnash-kde
klogic
knetload
schafkopf
kiosktool
kradio
metatheme
mozillaqs
kkbswitch

I have also removed knetworkmanager from [community].

knetload is not useless. It works perfectly well not only with kde, but
with any other window manager that has a dock (for example icewm or even
gnome). It's also the only traffic applet that doesn't look like crap in
my eyes.

Because I got some emails about this, here is my statement about the removal.
(I added some people to BCC) The reason is quite simple: Noone else wanted to
maintain knetworkmanager. Its future is undefined anyway. (no news on their ML
for a long time)

I would recommend the use of netcfg which is more simple, flexible and stable.

PS: The PKGBUILD is still available via CVS:
http://repos.archlinux.org/viewvc.cgi/community/network/knetworkmanager/PKGBUILD?hideattic=0&revision=1.8&root=community&v iew=markup&pathrev=HEAD
and

fix.patch?hideattic=0&revision=1.2&root=community& view=markup&pathrev=HEAD
