Default csup

While looking at the bugreport http://bugs.archlinux.org/task/9861
I remembered that we don't need csup anymore in core and probably also
not in extra.

Only "abs" was using it. Now that abs uses rsync we can kick csup from
our repos completely.

Any objections?
