Default Why is spam getting through?

I can't figure this out. People should not be able to relay through
the archlinux.org mail server like that. Here are the headers from the
most recent spam:

Oh crap... was there an upgrade and files weren't merged right?

I *know* we used to get random relayed mail, and I stopped that way
back when... time to check gerolde. I can't even remember what I did
