folks, i recently tried to update my 64 studio distribution
using aptitude, and run into some problems, so i ran
apt-get check which reported the following problem:
# apt-get check

You might want to run `apt-get -f install' to correct these.
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
64studio-utils: Depends: cdd-utils but it is not installed
E: Unmet dependencies. Try using -f.
after which i tried using the -f option and got the
following error:
# apt-get -f install
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Correcting dependencies... Done
The following extra packages will be installed:
cdd-utils
The following NEW packages will be installed:

After unpacking 73.7kB of additional disk space will be used.
Do you want to continue [Y/n]?
(Reading database ... 102901 files and directories currently installed.)
Unpacking cdd-utils (from .../archives/cdd-utils_0.3_all.deb) ...
dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/cdd-utils_0.3_all.deb
(--unpack):
trying to overwrite `/usr/lib/tasksel/packages/kernel', which is
also in package 64studio-tasksel-data
Errors were encountered while processing:
