Default JACK MIDI clients

Hi

if anybody is using JACK MIDI clients and using the bridge to ALSA MIDI
clients, there's a new version of QJackCtl showing the aliases, so
jack_lsp -A isn't needed to know what is what.

I didn't check out non-sequencer or dino sequencer and the new version
of QJackCtl myself, but I'll do this during the week, maybe not for my
64 Studios, but Suse.
