Default MIDI adapter kit, 16-pole "Wannenbuchse/Pfostenverbinder" to Sub-D15 cable

Hi

for my old hardware I soldered a MIDI to Gameport cable a long time ago,
this is like the description below.

I have a TERRATEC EWX 24/96 PCI sound card, but without the MIDI adapter
kid.

In the user manual it looks like the card has a 16-pole connector that's
called "Wannenstecker" or "Pfostenverbinder" on German, I don't know the
translation.

I've got a 16-pole "Wannenbuchse/Pfostenverbinder" to Sub-D15 cable.

I guess I can find out myself how the TERRATEC is wired by following the
conduction paths from the electronic components to the so called
"Wannenstecker/Pfostenverbinder", but it would be a help, if someone
knows about this connection.

Maybe 64 Studio isn't fine with USB MIDI devices, or especially with my
SWISSONIC USB MIDI device. Because I don't have a gameport MIDI device
on my new mobo, I'll make a MIDI adapter kit for the TERRATEC myself.

Does anybody know how the "Wannenstecker/Pfostenverbinder" is wired? Or
what it's called on English? This would save time.

"Wannenstecker/Pfostenverbinder" looks like that:

I guess I'll fetch mails and open my computer in the evening or
tomorrow. I'm short in time right now, it's just that I found a 16-pole
"Wannenbuchse/Pfostenverbinder" to Sub-D15 cable.

Cheers,
Ralf
