Default MIDI event jitter

Another thought is, that human touch jitter is not only coloured, by the
musical feeling, e.g. for a syncopic feeling human touch jitter always
has negative delay, when playing a funeral march it always has positive
delay, when recording MIDI events and playing them without quantize, the
computer jitter has to be added to the human touch and that can destroy
the feeling or become a timing error.

But anyway, jitter seems not to be a serious problem any more for my 64
Studio, even when using the on-board graphics.

Cheers,
Ralf
